Works permits

Pursuant to the Protection Zone Law and the Construction Law, the works permit contains requirements for performance of any works in the LVRTC EST protection zone.

Opinions

To commission a building, the party implementing a construction intent (the construction company) or the commissioning party shall receive a LVRTC opinion concerning the readiness of the building for commissioning.
