1. Conditions for Donations (Giving Presents):
1.1. LVRTC does not accept donations (presents).
1.2. LVRTC does not plan donations (presents).
1.3. In exceptional cases, donations (presents) may only be made in the event that all the specified conditions for making donations (giving presents) have been fulfilled:
1.3.1. A donation (gift) may be made, based on the strategic positioning of the image and social responsibility of LVRTC.
1.3.2. LVRTC may only make gifts (donations) in the realms provided for in laws and regulations such as education, science, culture, art, sport, philanthropy, health and social assistance.
1.3.3. The operating scope and values of LVRTC stipulate that when it comes to making gifts (donations), national projects must be chosen with a major social impact, which express, concur with and reflect values and principles supporting the philosophy of LVRTC, including, evaluating potential gifting (donation) projects, and which do not contradict values synonymous with LVRTC such as integrity and openness, sustainability and social responsibility.
1.3.4. In assessing potential gifting (donation) projects, these cannot be in violation of values synonymous with LVRTC such as integrity and openness, sustainability and social responsibility.
1.3.5. In the context of making gifts (donations), the main target audiences of LVRTC are the Latvian society (a section of it), as well as partners.
1.2. LVRTC does not plan donations (presents).
