[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]The Latvian State Radio and Television Center <\/strong>is managed by the shareholder, shareholder meeting, the Council and the Management Board.
\nThe Republic of Latvia, represented by the Ministry of Transport is the shareholder of the Latvian State Radio and Television Center. Decisions that are in the remit of a shareholder meeting are made by a representative of the Ministry of Transport. The Management Board acts as the executive body of the center that manages and represents it. The Council acts as the supervisory body of the center that represents the interests of the holder of the state capital shares (the state) in-between shareholder meetings and supervises the Management Board pursuant to the Law on Governance of Capital Shares of a Public Person and Capital Companies, the Commercial Law and other external normative acts, as well as the Articles of Association and the operational strategy of the center.[\/vc_column_text]\n\n\n
