The members of the LVRTC Management Board are elected to office for a term of five years by the LVRTC Council, in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.<\/p>\n

\u0122irts Ozols, Chairman of the Board, from 29th November 2021 to 1st September 2024. Selected for second term, starting 2nd September 2024.<\/p>\n

Evijs Taube, Member of the Board \u2013 from 16th November 2022 to 15th November 2027.<\/p>\n

Chairman of the Management Board<\/div>\n
\n On November 29, 2021, he was appointed the Chairman of the Board of SJSC \u201cLatvian State Radio and Television Center\u201d (LVRTC). Prior to that, he was a member of the Board of LVRTC for two years and from April 13, 2019 to September 2, 2019 - Chairman of the Board. \u0122irts Ozols has been in charge of LVRTC Commercial Department since the September of 2016. Has founded and served as a Board Member in several companies, as well as the advisor of the Latvian Institute at the Council for Coordination of the External Image of Latvia. In 2018, received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Prime Minister \u201cFor contribution to the management of national electronic communications projects\u201d, and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Defense \u201cFor good cooperation and support in implementing the national defense objectives of Latvia\u201d. In 1992, \u0122irts Ozols received a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering from Riga Technical University. Has graduated from Riga 1st gymnasium. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n From November 16, 2022, elected to the position of LVRTC Board Member. E. Taube has been working at SJSC \u201cLatvian State Radio and Television Center\u201d (LVRTC) since 2019 and has been the director of both the Infrastructure and Technology Departments. E. Taube has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector in the field of cloud computing, implementation and management of databases and IS, as well as project and team management in the implementation of IT solutions for the largest Baltic companies. E. Taube holds a Master's degree in Business and organization management, as well as a Master's degree in Telecommunications science. E. Taube is one of the founders of the Latvian Open Technology Association, and is currently a member of the Board of the Latvian Internet Association. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Ilze Opmane \u2013 J\u0113gere<\/h3>\n
Member of the Management Board<\/div>\n
\n Elected to the position of LVRTC Board Member from August 1, 2022. Removed from the position of Board Member from September 21, 2024 to April 20, 2025 to go on maternity leave. Within two years, Opmane-J\u0113gere has made significant improvements to the overall planning, financial and project analysis processes and has launched a number of new information systems. Under the management of Opmane-J\u0113gere the development of the company's internal culture and leaders has taken place. Prior to joining LVRTC I. Opmane - J\u0113gere has worked in senior positions in the financial sector, including both the Head of Corporate Credit Risks at Luminor Latvia and the Head of Big Business Management at DNB Latvija as well as Head of the Transaction Support Division at Deloitte Latvia. I.
