Customers receive electricity as LVRTC sub-users.<\/p>\n<p>LVRTC purchases electricity from various suppliers on the market. Thanks to stable power consumption at LVRTC facilities, its suppliers are able to offer LVRTC a lower tariff than to other customers. As we want our customers to be able benefit from the above prices, the LVRTC electricity tariff for customers does not include any surcharges: it is exactly the same as the tariff that the LVRTC pays to buy electricity in the market.[\/vc_column_text]\n\n<div class=\"lvrtc-accordion born-mt-none born-mb-none\">\n    <div class=\"title\">\n                <h2>What is included in the cost of customer's electricity<\/h2>\n            <\/div>\n    <ul class=\"born-reset\">\n\n                <li>\n            <button class=\"question collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-996390\">\n                Electricity consumed by the customer's equipment (kWh)                <span class=\"caret\"><\/span>\n            <\/button>\n            <div id=\"collapse-996390\" class=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordionExample\">\n                <div class=\"desc\">\n                    LVRTC purchases electricity in the open market from various suppliers in accordance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Law.                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n                <li>\n            <button class=\"question collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-996391\">\n                Cooling of customer's equipment, provision of microclimate and provision of services (consumed kWh)                <span class=\"caret\"><\/span>\n            <\/button>\n            <div id=\"collapse-996391\" class=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordionExample\">\n                <div class=\"desc\">\n                    Customers whose equipment is located in the LVRTC infrastructure are also provided with equipment cooling and maintenance of an appropriate microclimate, which, in turn, results in additional electricity consumption. This cost item is included in the electricity bill as a fixed PUE index. It is an indicator of the efficiency of energy use, which actually means how much electricity is used for cooling these devices, maintaining the microclimate necessary for optimal operation, as well as providing the service.                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n                <li>\n            <button class=\"question collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-996392\">\n                Distribution system operator                <span class=\"caret\"><\/span>\n            <\/button>\n            <div id=\"collapse-996392\" class=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordionExample\">\n                <div class=\"desc\">\n                    Electricity is supplied to the LVRTC facilities by the distribution system operator. For this system service, LVRTC pays the operator a certain fee, which is also included in LVRTC's electricity bill without additional markup.                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n                <li>\n            <button class=\"question collapsed\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-target=\"#collapse-996393\">\n                Maintenance of LVRTC electricity supply infrastructure                <span class=\"caret\"><\/span>\n            <\/button>\n            <div id=\"collapse-996393\" class=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordionExample\">\n                <div class=\"desc\">\n                    From the connection point of the distribution system operator in the LVRTC facility to the sub-user, i.e. for the customer's equipment in the same facility, electricity comes through the electricity supply infrastructure maintained by LVRTC. LVRTC constantly invests in the maintenance, modernization and, where necessary, backup of its electricity supply infrastructure to ensure a stable and uninterrupted supply of electricity to the customer's equipment throughout the electricity supply chain, including the LVRTC facility itself. The fee for the maintenance of the LVRTC power grid is applied by the LVRTC in addition to the electricity purchase tariff. This charge is based on the customer's total monthly electricity consumption across all LVRTC facilities combined.                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/li>\n        \n    <\/ul>\n<\/div>\n[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Understanding the concerns of broadcasters and electronic communication service providers about the rapid and significant increase in electricity tariffs that we experienced last year, \u00a0LVRTC has been actively working to find solutions to reduce the tariff for our clients.<\/p>\n<p>LVRTC has concluded an agreement for the purchase of electricity with a significantly lower tariff, which is fixed for three months. The current contract will allow us to review the tariff once every three months and, according to the electricity price and forecasts, switch to the exchange price or fix the tariff offered by the supplier for the next three months.<\/p>\n<p>As before, in the future the total payment for electricity will consist only of the payment for the received service \u2013 electricity, the use of the LVRTC network and the service of the distribution operator, for which LVRTC will not apply a surcharge. At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that starting from April 1, 2023, the state does not provide compensation for the increase in the price of electricity, but starting from May 1, 2023, the state does not cover the costs of the distribution operator service.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<p>The LVRTC will calculate the following total power tariff for customers (sub-users) depending on the metered monthly power consumption of the customer at all LVRTC facilities (prices are shown without VAT)*:[\/vc_column_text]\n<div class=\"lvrtc-table
